These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
Offer is valid for bookings and stays to be completed within 6 months from the purchase date of preview package.
Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
You (and your spouse/partner) must be between 28 and 65 years of age with a minimum annual household income of USD120,000.
Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
Complimentary offer is for accommodation only – a fee of USD300–400 will be charged to cover taxes and service charge. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay will be charged.
Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing members, and individuals who have attended a preview presentation within the past 12 months are not eligible to participate.
Only one offer may be accepted per household unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility will be verified before confirming a reservation.
Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at a 90–120 minute Anantara Vacation Club presentation during the stay. If married or in a partnership, both individuals must attend.
Failure to attend or complete the presentation, meet eligibility requirements, or in case of a no-show, will result in forfeiture of the offer and a charge equivalent to the best flexible rate per night.
A surcharge applies for stays during peak seasons and holidays.
An additional USD50 per night applies for stays on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday nights.
Additional charges apply for room upgrades and extra nights.
Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made at least 21 days before arrival to avoid a no-show charge.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking using a credit card.
The Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at its discretion.
In case of inconsistencies between marketing materials and these terms, these terms will prevail.
The promoter’s decision on all matters related to the offer is final and binding.
Complete your stay by 31 May 2026 to receive a complimentary 4th night extension (Phuket only).
